I agree. 330 used four stock AM 6" wheels, no tread, and two pneumatic 6" wheel/tire combos this year. After about one competition, the center tires would be replaced. The AMs were almost never replaced due to tread wear.

The advantage of the pneumatic wheels? If you see red, replace immediately. Otherwise, once an event. And, you only have to switch tires.

When we did use tread, we replaced it about once per competition. I can't remember exactly what type we used last.
