It's still worth checking if the robots you are testing with are programmed correctly. The correct master code and template are required for the robots to work correctly with the field controls.
When the scoring software goes to the operator controlled portion of the match, try unplugging the controllers from the filed control. If the robots begin to work you may have a flaky field control and may need to contact IFI.
You may also want to switch out the cables that tether the transmitter to the field controls. We've seen the cables cause issues occasionally.
I've run the field at 2 scrimmages with no problems, so I know the scoring system software works correctly with the field controls.
