Yes, as previously stated, there are no rules available for this season's game until January 5th, but the basics are on the official FIRST website. There are also numerous amounts of resources on ChiefDelphi. For instance, the
List of Resources For Rookies is a nice place to fill up on wholesome informational goodness. I'm way too tired to look for more links on this slow 26.4 connection, but this is an awesome community full of very helpful people.
