That is exactly what I meant. I guess I should have explained more. I thought everyone knew about that system, but I guess not. At a lot of the off-season events we attend they set up the elimination rounds that way. The top 8 seeded teams choose 3 teams to be on their alliance,but one team sits out each match. Every team has to play in at least one match.
