I'm in.

My one worry would be that, as there are infinite methods to approach this problem, the reader may get overwhelmed. We'll have to organize this document very well.

Perhaps we can get it all out on the floor now in a sort of message board type format, and then compile the methods into a document while eliminating extraneous information and redundancies.

My team can set up a page that could work pretty well. Take a look at the layout at the link below. That page is our Florida live-update page, it allows for the user to submit 'stories'. What do you think?

Any other ideas out there?
