What he often seems to do is base the subject matter on the contest #, tying it in with a team number. Billfred introduces the new contest with a really bad pun each week. This unofficial caption contest was #180: FRC 180 otherwise known as SPAM.

Catch me when I haven't had to make a 500+ mile drive the day before. If I were doing just 25 puns per hour in the Preston lobby, my friends would think I needed my head examined.
