Actually, the bird is travelling through a jet engine so fast it
doesn't have a chance to cook. And if it's set up right, the remains
are blasted onto a white screen and other scientists study the splatter
patterns.
The pictures are really cool. Unless you think about pureed poultry.
Then it gets gross.
What's the opposite of pressed duck???? FOD
