Well, my first suggestion is to make sure that the music does not automatically play when you load the front page. Many people, including me, find it pretty annoying to open a bunch of tabs and then have to track down which page is making the noise and figure out how to shut it down.
My second suggestion is to create some separation between the links meant for visitors and the links for internal team use, such as
Forms and
Forums.
