-when you wake up at 5AM on Christmas morning and, ignoring your bulging stocking, go directly to the computer to see if by some miracle there's been a third game hint this year...
-when you have horrible nightmares about a FIRST competition where they don't announce the game until regionals
-when there are still nylocks (sp? the little nuts with a plastic piece in them so the bot doesnt fall apart... too much...) in your purse from LAST BUILD SEASON
-when, at scrimmages, you lecture for half an hour on precisely what each part of the robot does and how we developed it... and you only shut up when one of your friends mentions the fact that the non-FIRST-person's eyes have glazed over
-you make jewellery out of robot parts... and then actually wear it

...but the symptom of the REAL overdose is when, on the way to regionals, at every construction zone you wake up just enough to mumble "PHRED colors..."
