... I cant believe I didnt think of just hooking the wheel to the fork and using that!
And a worm gear is one of those little spiral things that are really fun to play with if you're easily amused. Like, its got a plastic piece to mount it, and the opposite goes in a motor, and turn and push out and... Come to think of it, I know what it does, but not how it will work to raise out lift...
