I don't think the robot can be in contact with the trackball when it crosses the finish line, even if you hurdle it. In <G11> scoring for a hurdled trackball is 2pts. for crossing the finish line and 6 pts. for hurdling. And in <G10>, each trackball not in contact with a robot of the same alliance will earn 2 pts.
I don't know, that is just the way I interpretted the rules.
