According to this rule, you can use as many motors from the kit as you want, except for the 4 CIMs (think van door, window, globe, FP) .. this is significantly different from the same rule last year which didn't contain the "All motors, actuators, and servos provided in the 2008 Kit Of Parts" line.

Common sense tells me that this is a mistake, but maybe not?
