My team has a few questions concerning some general rules and some game related rules.

First off: If we had a frame from last year that we would like to use as the base this year, can we use the previous frame? The debate comes from a few members saying although it is exactly the same, we would have to re fabricate it.
The answer to this and many more questions can be found by reading the manual carefully. In this case, <R37> and section 8.3.4 of the manual seems to be your guiding rule.

Secondly: Yet another question on hurdling. If we have a devise to hurdle the ball then reach back and re hurdle it, would it count as a hurdle or would you have to re pass the line for it to count? Example being - I have an arm that reaches over the hurdle. I drop it on the other side, pick it back up (This way it touches the ground) and reach back over and re hurdle.
This strategy would not result in points under <G12>.
