Perhaps they thought they were doing us a favor?

Had all the money people couldn't use to buy T-shirts been allowed to burn holes in thier pockets simultaneously there would have been a major catastrophe at the Meadows. By relieving us of that burden the disaster was avoided and everyone made it back home safely on Saturday night.
