Wouldn't that leave the only option to the flag snapping? From 6 1/2' in the air, we dropped the ball on an empty coke can...and it was flattened. Instantly.
Plus, our robot design was going to be short...but this reminded me of the 5' lap counter...gosh darn the design committee.
