Trust me Fran, us FIRSTers from Mass. would LOVE to see it come here. There are plenty of big places around here that would probably work, the Centrum in Worcester, even the Fleet Center in Boston.. there are colleges with huge gyms all over the state too...we've been suggesting it, but it doesn't seem to want to happen..

and I agree, if the students want it to happen, it can.. i recently joined the 2nd year team here at BU.. last year they barely made it competition cause of money $$, but the 7 kids, 1 college student, 1 mom, and a couple engineers made it work.. this year, we weren't going to get practically any support from BU, but after harassing, we've got the college of engineering here willing to help us find a room to work in, and i have a pile of flyers we're going to get out to spread the word of FIRST..most importantly..we've got students who want to make it happen.. so it's going to!! congrats to your team on always making it work..
