Trust me, I know where you're coming from. But coming from someone whose dad is an inspector at competitions, just bite your lip and read through it. You will fail your inspection if you didn't read a rule (hint: make sure to use the right size wire!)
I know, total pain, but if nothing else, it will get you ready for college!
