Yeah we are having all kinds of issues with the AndyMark gearboxes, the tolerances on that thing is horrendous. I think both of ours are sitting in the scrap box right now
. As for time line I would say for a rookie team we are not doing too bad, the base should be moving tomorrow. Our electronics test panel was built the day of the kick off, so software has been under test for a while. One of the appendages has been fully modeled and is being CNCd over the next few days so it should be together by the end of next week. People on fund raising are continuing to bring in money and discounts.
With 15 people working for 3-4 hours each day, I would say we are not doing to bad at all.
