50 DAYS?!?! I am really excited, yet really nervous. I can't wait for the new competition to be revealed,
but there's only one minor problem.. we still have about $20,000 to raise. Other than that, everything is going great. We have a good team this year and everyone is looking forward to going to the UTC New
England Regional and of course, the Nationals. And we also seem to be developing a pretty solid engineering base too.

Another thing that you might find interesting is that our school has a FIRST class as part of the
curriculum now. I'm not sure how many other schools have done this, but it's definitely a good idea.
I'm in the class myself, and it seems like it will be pretty beneficial during crunch time. Since it is
included in the school budget, we were able to purchase a brand new milling machine and $10,000 worth of tools. Unfortunately, the teacher has never been involved in FIRST before, so it is a challenge to actually bring such a huge program into the class. He'll learn quick, I'm sure
