Re: Help with Inventor Files of Toughbox Mounting

After mounting the Toughboxes onto the frame, I've noticed a few issues for our design. Compared to the Banebots long shaft to bearing blocks from last year, the Toughboxes have 1.658" output shaft. We only have room for one 15 tooth sprocket (0.75 " shaft side width) due to aligning the chain with either side of a 1" AndyMark Wheel.

The next best option for four wheel drive is to route a chain (or belt) from the connected wheel to the next wheel.

I have two questions.
What are simple ways to extend the output shaft ? (shaft couplers , using the 1/4-20 threads ... etc. )

Can the Toughbox operate effectively without a supporting bearing block on the standard output shaft ?
