You can effectively wire the outputs to two PWM cables.

The first should have the (+) Positive and the (-) Negative voltage, and the signal output of output 1 going to the white signal cable. Plug that PWM into one of the outputs. then wire the other outputs to the other PWM cable. Plug that cable in sideways on the signal line.
