Colleen is right. With the exception of the Small Parts catalog, anything in the kit is fair game. A team wrote in to FIRST two years ago, asking if they could use the pages from the Small Parts catalog to make paper mache. FIRST told them no, which I suppose is for the best.

: As far as I know from past years, anything in the kit (including the sample ball for instance) can be used on your robot. It's in the kit.. it's yours to use..
