The CMUcam provided in the FIRST Kit Of Parts is indeed a custom part. The board was custom-spun by IFI, under license from CMU. It is NOT the same as the commercial versions of the CMUcan (version I, II or III) that are available. So you might want to be careful about compliance with this rule.
