This paper provides some basics of Project Management and examples of how they can apply to FIRST teams.
The paper uses a mix of definitions and discussion, along with examples from a Product Development organization and FIRST robotics teams.
This paper is based on the information in the power point presentation posted earlier but provides more discussion, exampes and detail on each point.
