Actually, it does hold up quite well. It's worth a shot, the papers can be drafted and filed. Remember "MikeRoweSoft"- the kid's NAME was used as a basis for cybersquatting... and Microsoft won the court case.

Should've would've could've won't get the domain back, unfortunately.

It will have to be FIRST that files the domain complaint-
