: Does anybody know how many times you are supposed to be able to operate one of those cylinders on a full tank??

You get a new, fully charged tank every time you go on the field. All you (in theory) will need to do is go up to the SMC booth at the competition, hand them your tank, and they will hand you a fully loaded one. How many times you use your cylinders is up to you and your engineers - how wisely can you utilise the resources you have.
