If you look to the right side of the wheel, there's a hole in the chassis that's looks to be just the right size for a bearing, which would probably imply that at least this end of the robot has fixed, live-axle wheels.

However, judging from the faceplate in the foreground of the photo, this is a very wide channel in the middle of the drive train module. A lot wider than would be required for a plain six-wheel drive robot, especially with traction wheels that look about 1.25" wide. I'm thinking the other end of the robot has steerable wheels.
