Well, I think this is a new record for the most posts by one person in a thread...and probably about the only time that a single person has been the only one talking on a thread with this many messages in it...but, just wanted to share the latest additions for those of you thinking about writing a custom dashboard program..

The latest revision to my Dashboard Decoder library includes the following:
- 'CommError' event to notify the user if there is a problem communicating with the OI.
- The program will no longer crash if the OI is reset!
- Also, documentation is included as to how to use the library to start writing your own UI.

This program should be available before midnight EST for testing by those of you who are meeting tomorrow(Sunday - I know there's a few out there.) In order to keep easier track of the different beta versions that are circulating, there will not be a direct web page link to download the newest version. Please e-mail me at njsmith@online.emich.edu if you are interested in testing this version(only if you are meeting this Sunday please), and I will e-mail back to you with the information needed to download the updated version.

Nate Smith
PS - Here's a look at one of the many possible ideas for a custom program using the Decoder Library.
