After a 3.5 year hiatus, "Question of the Week" returns! This feature used to be one of the CD favorites, and I'm proud to follow in the footsteps of some great people, like Andy Grady, M. Krass, Ken Leung, and all the others who contributed to this feature in the past. It's been a long while since we've done this - long enough that no current high school student was around for the last one! - so I'm excited to introduce a new generation to this great weekly standard.
The plan is simple: every week (usually on Monday), I will post a new question about some FIRST-related topic. Then, the discussion will begin! I reserve the right to bring back some classic questions - it'll be great to see what a new group of people will think of, a few years later. I also am open to suggestions for new questions - just send me a PM with the subject having "Question of the Week" in it.
So now, the moment you've all been waiting for, the first question!
Question of the Week (1/28/08): Which one person in FIRST has inspired you the most?
This is a great opportunity to also remind you that you can nominate this person for the Woodie Flowers Award (
see Section 5, Page 17 of the FIRST Manual), or
Unsung FIRST Heroes. Get some recognition for the people who make your FIRST experience great!
