Re: Powering the IR Board

I wouldn't wire it this way. Pin 1 and/or 2 are the positive power connection and should go to a 20 amp breaker. Pin 3 and/or 4 is the ground and should be returned to the common point on the circuit breaker panel. Pins 5,6,7,8 are then connected to the digital inputs you are using as defined in your software. Several threads have discussed that that powering from the RC does not fulfill the power reguirements for the board. Electrically, the IR board will be inspected under the electrical rules for a custom circuit as to wire size, insulation, breaker etc.
