Re: How to wire solenoid valves????????

Yes, you need a spike controlled via an RC Relay port.

The solenoid connects to the Spike M+/M- terminals.

A single-action solenoid connects the red wire to M+ and the black wire to M-.

A double-action solenoid (two sets of wires) connects one red to M+, the other red to M-, and both black ground wires to the ground on a fuse block or other appropriate ground connection.
