Nothing prohibits running more than one cylinder from the Festo valve.

Your air flow per cylinder will of course be reduced proportionally to the number of cylinders attached in this manner. Also, if the lengths of tubing coming from the outputs of the T are substantially different, you might run into issues with a cylinder slightly lagging the other.
