I'm going to have to side with the hard-players (kinda). At least with the PS3 head-to-head system, it can get very frustrating when the only opponents a skilled player can find are playing on a much lower difficulty, and regardless of how well we play we can't win. The 360s ranked match system supposedly helps a lot, but it's very frustrating on the PS3.
