: Would anyone happen to know the layout of the pit area (i.e. space alottments) for teams at the Great Lakes Regional? Also, does anyone know if the campus has a machine shop that teams will be allowed to use, thereby 'circumventing' the previous stipulation of all parts machining taking place at the competition site.

As far as I know, there's not a machine shop around on campus at all that would be available for teams to use at Great Lakes. As for pit space, with the event being back at Bowen this year, it depends on exactly how much floor space is used by the field and how the rest of the field house is set up. I'm going to be stopping by the field house on Wednesday before the event to help set things up(I'm a volunteer on the crew), and I will take a look at how everything is set up and post it here when I get home.
