Blowing Relay Fuses

Has anybody else run into this problem? With the rotating light wired as per the documentation, as soon as we connect the battery, the 20A fuse on the relay blows. We've triple-checked all our wiring, and there doesn't appear to be any wires damaged or connected in a way that would cause problems. Any ideas?
