I have been lucky enough to be involved in 2.007 (formerly 2.70) as both a student in 2006 and as part of Prof. Slocum's lab group organizing the class since then. It is a great experience and as a FIRST alumnus it has been even more special to see some of the overlapping history and philosophy of both contests, which is why I really love this video.
This year's final contest takes place on May 7th and 8th, usually starting around 7PM on both days. It is open to the public, so anyone who might happen to be in the Cambridge, MA area is more than welcome to stop by.
