It looks good! Being at that stage at this time will give you a good week of testing, and that is really valuable. I heard someone mention carpet... make sure you get a chance to try driving it on carpet. It shouldn't be a problem if those are casters I see (and hear!) up front, but it is always good to remember that carpet makes a big difference.

You also may want to consider having just a slight "hook" on the end of the bottom arms of your forklift. Your video doesn't show how well the robot holds the ball under agressive driving, but I'm sure that is something you are going to test over the next week or so.
