the KOP compressor, with the sensor and emergency release won't go past ~120psi. from there, you are allowed to fill the tanks to 120, but directly after the tanks you use the norgren(?) regulator (the black one, not the yellow one) to limit pressure to the cylinders and solenoids to 60 psi. also, why are you limiting your entire system to 60psi? you won't get very much working pressure. just fill the tanks to 120, then use the regulator (that you'll need anyways) to lower AFTER the tanks to 60. You'll now hold twice as much volume of air, just in case of an emergency. also, it doesn't hurt to have too much air...you may suddenly find a small leak and loose pressure slowly. believe me, always carry as much air as possible...
