Jellyfish. I discovered that I am somewhat allergic one summer when I was strolling through along the shore at Bras d'Or Lake. I don't have respiratory problems or anything really serious, but a relatively mild jellyfish (ie not a box jelly or one of those huge ones) left welts on my thighs that didn't go away several months. Other than that, I don't really have any irrational fears... for some unknown reason, I was afraid of pool drains when I was like 5, but that fear is long gone.
