Hello, my team has a problem figuring out what the rule concerning the bumpers means. So we "transform" and our perimeter changes after the game starts(all good) but here we have a problem figuring what the rule about the bumpers wants. Does it mean 2/3 of the starting perimeter or 2/3 of the playing perimeter.
