: LAst year, remember after nationals had completed and First had the award ceremonies going on and everything. Well they had that one band playing that had the bagpipes and other instruments. There songs have been in my head for the longest time, but i can't think of what the name of their band was. Does anyone have any idea waht i am talking about? The name of the band was Off Kilter.

They were playing at Epcot during the whole week of nationals, and their cd was on sale somewhere in Epcot. They are from Canada.
