TEAMS THAT ARE ABLE TO FLASH THE IR BOARD'S ONBOARD PIC (using an ICSP programmer)
CAN FIX THIS PROBLEM BY REFLASHING IT WITH IFI's HEX FILE

I have attached the HEX file I was sent by Mr. Greib

*I am not responsible for anything!

I was also instructed to make sure the ICSP reprogrammer's pin1 is connected the board's pin1 on the white ICSP connector.
