Just got back from the Great Lakes Regional; What a terriffic time !!! And one of the highlights was the help we got from 'Dave the Man', who helped us with our mechanical problem.

In every dealing I've had with InnovationFirst, starting last year with the Victors, and continuing this year with the new system, I have come away, not just satisfied with their response, but totally blown away by their willingness to go that extra mile to help you out. They stand out as an example of Customer Relations that ought to be in a Textbook !!!
