Okay! Maybe.....a little right! Actually, it's a pretty good idea now that I think about it for low end teams. However, do you think that this would effect the finals? In the good 'ol one division thing goin' on right now, you can be pretty certain that the TOP 2 possibly alliances will be in the finals. But with 4 divisions....you can't be sure....right?
