Looks nice. Does your arm and ball combination weigh 30~35 lbs all together?

If so, with the right gearing and decent bearings on your arm, my calculations tell me you should only need one CIM motor. (A cim motor puts out about 245.5Wo at the shaft at 40A). To lift a 30lb weight in 2 seconds, you should need about 204W mechanical.

Shiniest gearbox i've ever seen. Looks great. Got any video of it running? 120" is a long way!
