Re: Materials

1. Convert your object to an editable poly.

2. Under the Modifier panel you can select sub-objects (for example all the front polygons on a t-shirt).

3. In the Material Editor (press M) you can creat a "T-shirt front" material with a texture map.

4. There's an icon just below the material spheres labeled "Apply to selected" (hover over it to see the title). If your polygons are still selected it will apply that material only to those polygons.

5. You can do the same for the back of the t-shirt (or whatever object you're working on).
