Just because they are important, doesn't mean that their names are. Names are not important in the first place. Refer to "Romeo and Juliet",

They aren't important, and therefore unnecessary. Also, the only reason that I learn anyones name is out of respect. They are freshman. They don't have my respect until they earn it. And when they earn my respect, then they earn their name. If you need a place to go to see my teaching style, watch "Scrubs". Perry is a bit harsher then me, but we both use somewhat similar styles. Add pressure and work them hard. They might not like you right away, but many people need this pressure to learn at full speed. Not that all of team 1766 is this way. In fact, I push people harder then anyone else on my team. But all must admit, I get good results. Sorry for the ramble.
