That is the only case requiring that you report to FIRST shipping / out of hands confirmantion. The Fed Ex documents provided at kick-off indicate that FIRST recorded all the tracking numbers for initial shipments and can track them via that system and do not need you to report to them directly.

So if you used FedEx you are golden. Otherwise, get on the stick and send in the required documentation.
