You are right, as of right now MTU is in no way supporting our team, but that's just because we didn't ask them to, yet. You are also right that there are a lot of graduating seniors who would like to join our team next year. I talked to several in Chicago and Flordia. As of right now, MI Roboworks would never be able to support that many college students plus a decent number of high schoolers on the team with our resources. So, what we would like to do is start another team up here at the college. I'm pretty confident that we could get MTU to support this second team. I think it would be wonderful to have two teams in the area. I'm glad to hear that there is a lot of interest in a FIRST program up here and I think with the help of people like Ken Patton and us students up here already we could get a MTU team going. I'll try to post some more messages on this soon.
