I like the Idea but how realistic is it. If you fond a company that would donate cards, and a server. You would still need people to run the server, people to help team to get up and running. I think to get all the competitors up and going it would be real hard, not saying it can’t be done, but on a small scale it could work. A small-scale network would be a grate start to a full-scale network at first.
On the idea of interfering if you can get a system that run at 900mhz it would be about the same as a cell phone and cell phones are permitted. But it just varies on the system.
